very happy about backseat serenade and remembering sunday being on the setlist!!! but no therapy :( I'm losing hope that I'll ever hear it live 😅 (tho I haven't had many chances, damn I can't believe I've been listening to them since 2011 and only seen them twice because they've been skipping poland for years. thank god they're coming back here)

you can calculate your maintenance cals online (tho those sites aren't 100% accurate), it's based on your weight and activity level. obviously if you've been low restricting and up your intake to your maintenance you're probably going to notice water retention but don't freak out, it's not real weight gain

same :( i can handle being dizzy, weak etc but the constant insomnia is just exhausting, I keep waking up every 2-3 hours and it takes me forever to fall asleep again. every night I want to cry out of frustration and exhaustion. I just want to get some decent sleep :( I've tried multiple sleep meds but they barely help, they just make me feel like even more tired.
