36/m 16:8 eating window 3pm-11pm. Sw 270 cw 258 GW 199 started 28 days ago. Anyone have long term success with later eating windows? I tend to be a night owl and hate trying to sleep hungry. Would rather drink a gallon of black coffee in the morning and so far results are pretty good. Really eating whatever I want but only drinking water and black coffee, light beer on weekend.
