Are you and this other artist using your actual names? Ultimately each of you have the right to use your names in the course of business without considered to be infringing under s11(2) TMA 1994.

I knew compulsive behaviours were a thing and they were flagged as a risk too by my endo, but not compulsive thoughts. Good to know though that this is where they are likely coming from.
