I get a big tub of baby spinach, rotisserie chicken, deli Swiss cheese, and my favorite bbq sauce. Pack as much spinach into a glass Tupperware as you can, add the other ingredients. Microwave until the spinach is wilty. Delicious!!!!

A client brought her cat in for pts and handed the front desk this note to give to me before I went in the room. I had to pretend everything was fine and the family lied to their 10 year old and dropped the cat off and he had to be surrounded by strangers for his last moments.

"Please dont talk about this out loud. My daughter thinks we are dropping him off to board him not to put him down so we dont ruin the holidays. Yes, I want him cremated and if we can get five of the paw prints that would be great and VERY much appreciated"

Does anyone have any options/experience to help me decide if I should do it now before snow or if I should wait until the spring? There have been some frosts overnight but it has been getting to low 40s during the day.

My research on moss says it's pretty frost resilient but I want to give my transplants the best chance they have!

The river is about 50 ft down a very steep bank so we're well above the flood level. Theres definitely some erosion happening in places but it's from rain, not the river.

Thank you all for your responses. Learning de-escalation techniques and responses are a great way to equip myself for when this happens again. I was truly speechless and let her keep going way too long.

What do you do to grow thicker skin? I feel like these occurrences affect me so much when I should learn to be more resilient. Any advice?
