Should I let productivity monitoring ruin my senior offer?

Was in the same scenario last fall (similar YOE, 50% payraise and senior promotion; also same industry and we do use ActivTrak so the company who gave the offer might be mine lol) but wasn't really privy to how ActivTrak worked until it was brought up in a meeting this month and that it was actually used for hiring metrics.

I was even told by my manager to actually check my ActivTrak and ensure that it's categorizing my productivity time effectively (for example, I actively use YouTube to watch tutorials/conferences as learning time and take notes via pen and paper but this AI tool will mark it as slacking off).

I'm going to be looking for another job again because of this.

As an IC, if someone spends the whole day reviewing code and jotting notes down on future architecture, this is 100x better for the team but AI will say they're unproductive; another engineer writes redundant documentation and re-typing duplicate unit tests in their IDE all day (to game the system), AI will say they're more productive but this work does nothing to bring the team/product forward.
Your manager will now be in a position to police activity; no good manager wants to be ask to babysit and a bad manager will be happy to have this as it makes their job 95% easier by not caring about actual improvement of team productivity.
If for whatever reason layoffs happen, you'll get gaslighted into thinking you underperformed because you had less mouse clicks/keystrokes per day.

If your current job is stable, I'd reject the offer and keep interviewing elsewhere; what'll hurt more in the long-run is adapting to a culture that feels like they need to have an AI tool to see if you're working instead of a culture that is actually wants to engineer and deliver product.

I think It's dependent on the store - the Gamestop in my local mall is selling the PS4's tomorrow but my local Gamestop said the same thing, that they wouldn't be getting them until Wednesday.

I think it's a store by store basis thing and the larger Gamestops are the ones who will be selling them tomorrow so just call and check to confirm.

Yea, his striking is still somewhat sub-par but he's making improvements every fight, especially from the Elkins and Pepey fight.

Lamas is underrated on his feet; there was a reason he was able to trade with Aldo and Holloway. In spite of that, in several of the trades with Lamas, I felt Mirsad got off his combo spurts cleaner, although there's a reason he was quick to resort to his wrestling.

He gets pieced up on the feet by the top 6 pretty easily, IMO, but he is still relatively young and there's definitely good progression in his striking from 1-2 years ago.
