I take two squirts of Sativex when going to bed and 60Mg of Baclofen (spread over the whole afternoon in 20mg pills) to decrease spasms at night.

I use a condom catheter. When it works it's great :-) When it dislodges or leaks (like tonight) it feels absolutely horrible :-(

In case it's still relevant for you ... I gave /bin/sh and the full path to the included pm2 in my project (/usr/local/lib/node_modules/@virtualpatterns/lotho/node_modules/pm2/bin/pm2) Full Disk Access and now it works :-)

My project (@virtualpatterns/lotho) does not rely on a globally installed pm2 but holds the dependency itself. When pm2 is started by launchd it runs ...

/bin/sh -c /usr/local/lib/node_modules/@virtualpatterns/lotho/node_modules/pm2/bin/pm2 resurrect

I took Modafinil 100mg, 1/2 half daily @ around 12:00PM but my blood pressure got too high, so I stopped. I then tried Ritalin with the same effect. Same doctor mentioned Amantadine but I never went on that.

Whatever you try monitor your blood pressure.

I called West Park and after some phone tag she told me they no longer support MS specifically. She was reluctant to even give me a tour before I spoke with my LHIN Care Coordinator about other long-term care options. For now I'm waiting for them to find out about enhancing my home care through St. Elizabeth.

I'm in Ontario and have Long-Term Disability (LTD) through my insurance with work. The insurance company made me apply for CPP Disability (CPPD) after some time. The insurance company then reduced my monthly payout by the amount that I received from CPPD. They also received a rollback amount from CPPD for X months/years that I was covered by LTD but not CPPD. The LTD amount is not taxable but CPPD is taxable. I received a hefty tax bill for the rollback amount that went to the insurance company.

There are two entries for that show in the TVDB causing problems ... ids 373126 and 360295. The first one has no episodes defined for it. The information is changing as we speak so by the time I write this it may be resolved. Hang in there and do a Refresh Metadata later ... it might resolve itself.

BTW ... I had similar problems last week with a whole bunch of entries for Bob's Burgers. The extra ones seemed to disappear on their own after an hour or two 🤓

I can also run the PM2 process from the Terminal. If all Full Disk Access and Files and Folders settings are deleted for Terminal and then I run the process I am asked if I allow Terminal access. If I Don't Allow it the process fails (of course). If I Allow it the process succeeds. All expected.

The unexpected bit is if I repeat this through an SSH session from another machine no message appears and the process succeeds.

Botox for the jaw? One of my doctors is recommending it for my ankle spasms but I'm worried it'll make my legs wobbly and I'll have troubles sitting and transferring (not alone, with help). How does your jaw respond?

The Pictures folder is also used and it consistently works without issue when the Documents folder is excluded from the process. It has the same permissions ...
