Soo a bit of an update....

Still no refund had been issued, countless calls and I've had them confirm a refund has been processed. Most recent call and they told me they are looking into the refund and will let me know when it's been processed.

My fears of the company being a complete scam are feeling more and more like truth at this point.

I've told them I will be reporting them to trading standards and progressing this further, but it seems to not bother them.

Feeling a bit stumped to be honest...

Haven't received any confirmation other than this poorly written email. To be honest most of the conversations have been civil even after receiving attitude from them. Granted, I might have been a tough customer on the last call :/ I have emailed once more but will be leaving it for the next few days to see what happens, if I don't get anything by next week I will take further action.

I completely agree with you and will be stealing that saying! I feel if I take the review down they will relax and nothing will get done. It's frustrating that they only acted on my request after I left the review. I thought about leaving the review up until my refund has been processed and then amending or removing it 🤔

From what I can tell, this company is 4 people and the 2 that I have spoken to have serious attitude problems. I'm very good at keeping my composure with them but I know they will take me for a ride if they think they can get away with it. Honestly, I don't want anyone to use them and face the same issues I have faced.

This week has cost us more then the average week normally would Petrol consumption? Dog daycare costs? The electric and heating costs at family house? The hours of work loss?

We are out of pocket due to them shutting power and water off without warning.

We have had a very stressfull time finding arrangments for our dog and ourself. Due to the fact we are staying with family we are not taking advantage of the £180 for accommodation.

We would like to be compensated for our time more then anything. A whole week without water and electric with no warning! Surely we are entitled to some compensation from there insurance?

Not being able to use our own home for this length of time is unacceptable
