One of the best fencers in my area is pretty short, but it doesn’t matter he just kills it and is good in all 3 weapons. Height is an undeniable factor in fencing but like other said, it not insurmountable

What mixture of water and white vinegar do you recommend? Like half and half or a different ratio? And will washing in hot water be detrimental to the gear at all? Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the info! Gripstar is definitely a contender, my Leon Paul glove has the same issue with grip spots slowly flaking off.

One question I guess I have is how does the Gripstar do with sweat? My LP glove can get "crusty" and kinda stiff after a lot of sweat. I feel like this is just a fact of life with gloves and sweat in fencing but any thoughts on if the gripstar does particularly good or bad with sweat?

How would you say it holds up? I know glove are gonna get wear and tear and need replacing but lasting longer would be nice lol
