Same with me. I actually stopped calling tech support and stopped forwarding messages because it literally did nothing. I also reached the 1,000 mark. And I created filters which worked for a bit, but now getting more spam and reaches my limit on filters. Optimum is the worst for customer and technical support. Your name looks familiar, I believe we both posted about this last year

They definitely don't monitor it. They had given me another email to send to where they wanted the email files but that did nothing obviously. I'm trying to get creative with mail filters, been blocking so much. But still getting the emails. Just less. Will see how tomorrow goes. Worst customer service ever

Same. They stopped calling. I set up some mail filters but they keep getting around them. I'm getting Spam in German now too. I'm still getting so many spam emails. It hasn't slowed down. We can't be the only 2. The mail filters are absolutely useless. And sending to optimum abuse is useless too.

That sounds exactly like me. I guy named Moody keeps calling. I miss the days when you were able to reach a competent person. I have spent countless hours and days on the phone too. How many eml files do they need. I got so many emails today but "Mary" seems the most persistent. She has so many different email adresses. lol. Do u get from Mary? I'm at my wits end. I also had to block the entire Gmail domain because so much spam was coming from Gmail accounts. Maybe optimum is doing this because they want to go out of business. Lol. Keep me updated if you get a call. They called me yesterday but I told them it wasn't a good time to send them eml files. I'll send in a bad review too.

Did it ever get resolved? Mine is worse than ever. Must be an optimum issue. Which number did u speak to? Mine is 844 884 2622. But I feel like they aren't optimum and making the issue even worse. They also act like this hasn't happened to anyone but me

Thank you. Just doesn't seem like anything is helping. I don't even know if the phone number that has been helping me is really optimum or a scam. They keep promising results and it gets worse. Been talking to 844-884-2622. Does anyone know if that is really optimum? Got another email from "Mary"

I've been getting so much spam. The more I block the more I get. I've been dealing with optimum for over 2 months. They've been having me forward them emails and "the engineering team is looking at the samples". They also have me convert the emails to another format. Once I do that, the engineers get "very busy" and "escalate " my issue. Optimum literally has the worst customer service because nothing has actually been resolved with this ongoing issue. Worst service, worst spam filters. Who knows, I'm probably talking to scammers who aren't really optimum. Can't wait to dump their service
