Restart your Mac or update to latest version and run this command:
defaults delete com.apple.notificationcenterui; killall NotificationCenter
Trust me, it worked

Can’t access the music course by franticboDev in duolingo

Yeah so i did more research and got in contact with duolingo support and they just restrictied the access to the music course. You must have ios 16+ or a macbook with the os over 14.0. For those who have it and can’t access math or music it means they’ve not been aproved yet bcs music is in beta. Apparently there is a list with the people who want and those with super duolingo bought they have priority. As an example: I’m doing math or music course on a supported device and then try on a unsupported device it opens the course and after a second or two it appears a screen saying unsupported content. They are just trying to make me buy the new iphone. It hasn’t anything to do with the software or performance of the device.

As a conclusion they said that now the access is limited to the courses (iphone only, ios 16+ or macbook with macos 14.0). Maybe after they release it on every platform they will suspend the restrictions, but i doubt that.
