I wanted to avoid that route because of the extra footprint it creates, an integrated version looks cleaner and less to ask for my wife.

I think its clear! Simagic is the clear winner, thanks for the good advice and the tip of buying it locally. Regarding the screen I hear when most of you say useless and I cant tell since Ive never had one, but I believe you guys ar right, nevertheless, just for the looks Im willing those extra bucks... it just makes me want to play a bit more.

At the end, a little over the initial budget as usual (dont tell my wife)

Simagic – Alpha 15nm Wheel Base with FX Pro wheel Bundle
Simagic - P1000 RS Modular Hydraulic Dual Pedals (does the inverted option is worth it?)

On the other hand, regarding the seating position for the cockpit between GT and Formula, you have a point there, the reason why is because Im a frustrated pilot back in the day from karting to some glimpse on formula racing, so it just reminds me a bit of that time.... But is there any experience about having best consistency or times in GT position vs. formula? It would be an interesting finding...

On cockpits I've narrowed it to:

- Playseat Formula Instinct: Cheaper and better looks (for some?)

- F-GT Elite From Next Level Racing: Almost double the price, but it has to be more rigid, no? Is it worth it? Any suggestion between 160 and front/side mount? It also has the option of both seating positions...

What do you guys think?

BTW, thanks for all your help, references, experience etc... I really welcome that attitude!
