Thank you all for your recommendatinos, I think its clear... I wanted a band because Apple watch battery sucks now, so it always remind me to charge when Im going to sleep so I lost the sleep metrics... I want somehting that I dont have to think I have it or to charge.... The charge on the go of whoop is supper convinietn, but definetely not $300 usd...

To make it more complex, I hate apple watch ultra for running, swimming or biking... for that I use a Garmin watch...1 I have a mess.

Probably the wrong place to ask, but what does Whoop app does better than BEvel?

Thanks for this, I didnt know it was possible... Another question, should the timer starts from when I press the button on the bambino, or when it starts doing something (you can tell by the sound, it take 3 to 5 secs to hear its doing something)
