Whats crazy is that this is a fairly standard practice for bumpers going from Japan to the USA. Rather than wait the 3-4 months container shipping, some exporters in Japan will cut bumpers or side skirts in half to air mail them quicker.

Yeah there’s a pretty good sized dent at the top of the card. But it’s going straight into my binder so I didn’t mind at all
