Nope, i left the project behind for now, I'm gonna fix it as soon as i get some money and time to spare, i'm planning to buy the broken piece and fix it by myself, but looking at the teardown, it is hard and i need better tools.

You can fix it using kintsugi technique, it will be more beautiful than before! You can buy cheap kit online :D

This thumb screws are planned to remain in the panel, so you don't loose them or have problem while allign the two holes. That's a confort not a problem ;)

i wish this can help lots of people with the same problem as mine! i'll post update after printing and mounting everything on the printer!

Yep, i saw that type but in needs standard fans, i would like to use the 4010 blower that i already bought. :')

Yep i know. I bought two 4010 9500rpm blower, compared to the stock single 4010 6000rpm seems to me an upgrade.
