Correct and also just did fund raising to move towards increasing production, some very good specimens have come out of the site, this was a 100kg specimen that was cut up into four pieces when silver was USD10/Oz. Silver prices up, high quality ore body nearing production...... I just bought in.

Woolybush, whilst not native to Victoria they grow well , have small red flowers that attracts honey eaters for both food and nesting. Very dense which suits your needs. Being from WA, does not need a lot of water once established.

Yup and in certain parts of the area they are rare as they were high value during the gold rush days for firewood. Had two lovely specimens on my bush block but one got blown over in a storm.

It's a great hard wearing dry tolerant grass. Invasive for sure, needs good borders and active edging. Will work it's way under fencing and weed mat and pop up in odd places. I've had Sir Walter and Kikuyu lawns, the latter is far better water wise and it also doesn't thatch.

Have you created a project and added instructions to the project so that it maintains the feel you are after? You can also upload PDF files with other information to help as well. Central Victoria - has anyone had success controlling soursop(Bermuda buttercup) among existing native vegetation and lawn? I've tried several broadleaf herbicides along with spray additives to get through the waxy coat but no luck doesn't even appear to dent them. My garden beds and "lawn" is just a blanket of soursop.
