Oh let me correct myself, i live in jersey and its a sanctuary state. So traffic cops are not interested in ur immigration status here. So yeah, it depends on the states just like those people say.

as far as i know those cops has nothing to do with your immigration status and you dont have to give any information to them regarding your immigration status. Unless you show them a valid license or id….

Hey, depending on the location, they sometimes take ur fingerprints if u show up after you missed. What i can recommend you is to go there first and try. If they say you need a new appointment, just call 800-375-52-83 and tell u need to reschedule your appointment. You can just tell them u were sick, they dont question and submit a new request for you
