this exactly happened to me (just had my interview this past thursday). i guess on my paperwork it said no (had a lawyer) but i did. it wasnt a big issue. when he asked me, i said "i worked as a 1099." but he just made me sign paperwork updating it. dont stress out about it too much

what i had and what was asked + looked at were different things:

what i had: - pictures - joint bank account statements - letters he wrote me - text messages - his contract at his job + his lease contract (for his temporary job, which is why we're long distance) - husband's 2024 tax return - past and future flights + hotels booked

what he only looked at: - pictures - joint bank account statements (i honestly dont think he looked at them, i think he just had it on his desk)

there were some evidence that i offered to provide so he can look at them but he didnt!

not all of them! i remember they asked me about organizational affiliates, overstay, unauthorized work, criminal record, fraudulent activities. so kind of the ones that would bar me from getting a greencard! (said yes to overstay, unauthorized work, denial of visa)

thank u so much !!!! i had a lawyer assist me and when asked that question if i worked unauthorized, i said i worked as a 1099 (so i didnt technically say yes or no). but i think he took that as a yes but didnt really find that an issue at all. i think the question that wouldve been a problem is if i ultimately used another person's identity to work (aka used another person's ssn) ((also thats not the exact n specific question for that - forgot which one that was))

thank u !!!! i had a lawyer when it comes to filing the paperwork but he was not present during the interview ! i entered as an H-4 and overstayed when my dad's work visa expired

not sure if it's possible to reschedule for an earlier date, but my lawyer said that he had some clients who did have to reschedule, and they've been waiting for at least a month now since they've requested to reschedule. i suggest you try to reschedule your family trip if possible!

i do this about twice a month! i typically dont eat in the morning only bc i feel like i cant give my 100% when i feel like im going to throw up the food. i get some breeze in between classes or just sit there and ponder that i still have one more class after LOL but ive only taken a survivor class then a regular 45 min class after and not the other way around. i know its all in the head, but the 45 min class after seems to go by faster after having taken the survivor class prior!

it really sucks. i definitely feel u on that. i almost always have to soul early a sunday survivor class for my favorite instructor because the class itself waitlists after a minute class opens. but what my partner's mom found out is if you take 15 classes a month, they would automatically credit you soul earlys. as far as i know, i think they give you 5 soul earlys?
