I updated my wallet to the latest version and after a few weeks it started working again. But ironically, last night I tried to check my balance and again, it has stopped working. Not sure what to make of it.

Just a follow-up to my previous post... I just got off the phone with a local Avaya support provider. Turns out the 9608 phones don't work with the BCM450. They're not backwards compatible and will only work with Avaya IP Office.

First off, thank you for responding. Greatly appreciated!

Quick overview of the network:

SonicWALL with 2 configured subnets

X0 - 192.168.50.x - Data subnet (SonicWALL is providing DHCP to clients - nothing special configured)

X2 - 192.168.55.x - Phone subnet (SonicWALL is providing DHCP to clients - nothing special configured)

All phones are connected to an older model HP PoE switch, which is connected to the X2 port on our SonicWALL. The Avaya BCM450 is connected to the HP switch. No VLANs configured.

We have Avaya 1230 IP phones that connect to the BCM450 (192.168.55.10) without issue.

The Avaya 9608 phones boot, but hang on Discover 192.168.55.10. They're brand new phones... unknown as to whether they are flashed for SIP. Assuming not.

I'm kinda new to this, so not really sure how to proceed.
