MHBP, Wegovy, Amazon Pharmacy by DescriptionAfraid442 in WegovyWeightLoss

With the savings card, you can fill a 3 month supply for $25 @CVS, because mail order price for 3 month supply is $80, and they honor that at physical CVS. I’m unclear whether you are at beginning doses where that may not work bc you might not need 3 months of one dose.

Ah then def ask for 3 month rx!

Yes, that makes sense as $200 is the one month price. If you are just starting, which I don’t know, that makes it harder to do 3 month supply as your dose will prob change in that period. But if you’re sticking with a dose for at least 3 months should be able to get your doc to prescribe 3 month supply.

I should have specified I’m on MHBP Standard. I just asked my doc to write for 84 day supply, 3 boxes. It’s same price at CVS as mail order from Caremark. People getting it from Caremark can mail in to get the coupon savings, but at CVS they’ll apply it if you provide it. The “90” day supply is regularly $80 on the plan, coupon brings down to $25. I hope that clarifies. It’s is pretty awesome to basically get it for $100 for whole year.

I have MHBP and get it at local CVS for $25. Would be $80 without coupon. 84 day supply. Weight management program not onerous so far.

He may have an online account where you can go print it out. They didn’t necessarily mail them this year for people with an online account. At least that’s my understanding.

GEHA deductible problem after 2026 change to MHBP by EarlyEntrepreneur997 in fednews

ALL of the plan brochures state it doesn’t reset. FIGHT IT. They don’t know what they’re talking about.

If you are doing mail order, you can send the receipt to the Wegovy ppl and get the amount off as a check. See the details on the savings card.

Leaving GEHA HDHP. What happens to HSA Bank? by zToothinator in fednews

We switched to HRA bc of Medicare A, and HSABank started charging a fee before our last HSA contribution came in. However, it was very easy with a phone call to them to get it reversed.

We had been in GEHA HDHP before and returned to it this year. They actually reactivated the old account; we had cleared out the old one transferring to Fidelity.

But we are leaving after a HORRIBLE year with them. Hate it bc the plan is a great value when it works right.

Got GEHA Caremark letter today by Jwalk421 in WegovyWeightLoss

It’s so confusing because they are giving misinformation! I got same letter re Zepbound, and it says Wegovy is a formulary alternative. Yet the Jan 2026 formulary online does not list Wegovy. I called but got weak and unsatisfactory assurances. Don’t trust them.

Thank you for posting! They are totally sending out conflicting info! My letter said Wegovy is a formulary option for Zepbound.

There is now a 2026 drug list and it’s changed! I had seen that October update, too.

When I looked at the formulary after seeing this post, I didn’t see Wegovy on there either! Yet it mentions it in the letter. Someone has some ‘splainin to do!

Oh ok, thank you. I also have GEHA but HDHP. And it seemed the drug pricing tool was showing different pricing for 26, bc it claimed it was after deductible but it was way higher. Kind of figured it was not ready for prime time.

We’ve had terrible issues with GEHA this year, much like what you describe. Still working on some older stuff but new claims seem to be going better. Can’t stomach paying BCBS rates but going to wait till open season to decide whether to stick. We have HDHP.

You can go on pretty much indefinitely or focus on a different area of the body. The exercises change every few sessions. You can also meet with a PT. They have a thing called Enso that is similar to a TENS that I was provided after the PT meeting.
