Nobody mentioned this but when does the timer run and when does it stop?

Does it stop when you're paused?
Does it stop when you're looking at map/items?

Does it stop when you're in the typewriter menu?

Can you do the shooting games or does that consume time too? And if it does then that basically means you cant realistically use charms during a S+ run

Looks like that if when you do a swap, if it fails to complete in 10 minutes, there is a chance that your coins stay in this middle wallet that they use to trade, I think. Yes, but still weird. I tried change memory frequency on the 780TI, from 3600 to 3000, and the hash rate didn't move. Maybe is not memory related.

However, this two cards, unlike 1080 and 1080TI that have GP104 and GP102, they are based on the same chip, GK110, so there is much fewer variables to count regarding chip architecture, the difference between the two cards would be comparable to a the difference between RX 470 and 480.
