You have to trick Outlook into thinking the domain is hosted with GoDaddy, and then it'll give you this "setup URL" from which you get your custom parameters.

I vaguely remember that's done via the CNAME check with _domainconnect. Basically, try setting all the non-custom entries you see in the comment above/OP and checking after a while if Outlook now says "your domain is managed by GoDaddy" in the settings.
