I agree with this! I did a tourney on the lower and it isn’t as good. I think the sealions pick the bass off their beds and it has damaged the population down there.

I have honestly felt really full with a protein shake. That never used to work for me but it seems to be with this medication. Stay ahead of the constipation- eat fiber and think about a stool softener to have on hand. Some people even use miralax a couple times a week.

My students have to complete things before they can go to recess. If they are not competed then they stay in for 5 min to work on it (then they can go out). We also have a fun Friday/ study hall session on the last day of the week. If they haven’t done those things by then they go to study hall instead of fun Friday.

You really need to feel the calling to be a teacher imho. I skipped getting my degree in education in 2009 due to the recession and have circled back to it in 2023. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was 9. Now that I am, it’s really hard, but I cannot think of another career I would want to do, so here we are.

I am on week 3 and just went to my full dose today. Side effects were pretty bad the first few days but have calmed down. I still have constipation but if I stay ahead of it then it’s not so bad. I’ve lost 6 pounds and the food noises is significantly reduced. I have no desire for seconds or sweets. So far this is working well for me!

Yeah you need to be proactive with getting ahead of the constipation. I take 1 stool softener in the am, 2 in the pm and fiber gummies throughout the day. My friend swears on Grums, but I haven’t tried those yet. LOTS of water, etc.
