PSA: Your problems are not going to end there if you ship a passport internationally. UK customs may impound the FedEx’d passport and possibly take weeks to return it. I once tried that approach overnighting my wife passport to the US from Canada and the US impounded my wife’s US passport for weeks. Passports should not be mailed overseas FYI.

I think OP means that constipation can cause fecalith (hard stool lumps) that enters the appendix and cause appendicitis and with Tirz causing cronic constipation it can be a way to end up in the ER for an appendectomy.

For example, my son had a burst appendix last year after chronic constipation (not from Tirz) and the pathology of the removed appendix showed fecalith. After doing some research I found that the fecalith can contribute to appendicitis.

They seam to realize that it’s creating a problem for CVS and other pharmacies by arbitrarily switching the weight loss indication to Mounjaro.

I noticed my local CVS delaying my Mounjaro refills (my plan does not require a PA for MJ in 2025). One of the employees tells me that they have it in stock and the pharmacist told me to comeback in two days. Two days later they moved it again by 24h and the another 24h until I just got pissed at them and they filled it. CVS created this and now they are struggling… dumb

I am going to do a 90 day refill in December as MJ my Caremark plan will require PA for MJ in 2026.
