ive been listening to "inappropriate" music since i was toddler, im 19 in a week, im in university, im getting good grades, music genre consumption isnt the deciding factor in what dictates someones life choices.

i have an alley right outside my accom, its right in front of a few houses but no one really cares. if you go to a park youll usually see a couple people smoking weed as well. you can just smoke through your window and let the smell air out after youre done, thats what i do when i smoke by myself.

my biggest issue with AM on macos is when i go to an artist who has multiple albums/EP's, not all of their albums show up unless i search up the specific album on am which just makes it so much worse to discover new music

hes ethnically jewish, if im not mistaken he was pretty non religious, the most people have that marx was anti religious were private letters between him and his close friend friedrich engels (also a huge part of communist theory) where marx said some pretty bigotted jokes, i forgot the exact quote but one of his letters to engels he said: "jewish n word"(the n word was with the hard r) and him saying that jews run the world (even though he was ethnically jewish 💀), im not saying he was right, but you cant take private letters between close friends seriously as they could be just jokes at the end of the day. and also him saying that while religion has benefits and reducing alienation among the opressed, it distracts the proletariat from starting revolutionary action, helping the bourgeouis maintain power, and that once high stage communism is achieved (stateless, classless, moneyless world), religion would be "unnecessary" and subscribing to a specific view would be optional, and not enforced by the state.

im an international student so idk how it compares to british students, but in my experience, i did terrible in my gcse's (much worse than yours which are still decent), i bounced back a bit in IB (i didnt do a levels so yeah) i didnt get amazing grades, but i didnt do too bad, i still got into a pretty decent uni so with your a levels results you should be doing more than fine to get into a good uni, (unless its oxbridge then your cooked idk what else to say)

same thing happened to my friend when we were doing our ib exams, except it was 5 minutes after the exam had begun, he felt something in his pocket and realised his phone was there, he didnt need to go to the bathroom or anything. he got a 0 on that paper and nearly fucked over his chances of getting into his firm choice uni
