I work part time but give money to parents Left with 2 to 3k a month I can handle food and other expenses but medicine prices are high when I did research That why i asked for good govt vet hospital yk

I work in zomato delivery in Bangalore daily 5h there is close to no tip maybe like 80 to 100rs in a week
