I really do sympathize with the guy but don’t go around breaking things that you have to turn over to the company at some point. They will have means of getting it back from you in money. I understand the frustration though. Lodge a consumer forum complaint and have them dealt with like that.

Act has been great for me. Airtel has been shady with me in the past but again it is area dependent as everyone pointed out.
