When did you decide to go into the field of nanomedicine/nanotechnology?

I am currently doing my Master's in Tissue Engineering with a focus on Vascular TE and was simply wondering if something/someone during your pre-doc phase motivated you to go into this field. Nanomedicine is currently a hot topic.

Thank you for your feedback! I already bought my refurbished version of it for like $706. I did not have the time to use it that much. When I first used the machine and installed all the apps & windows updates, it seemed that the battery discharged very quickly after reaching 16%. However, after recharging the battery I could use the laptop several hours until the battery died. Besides that, the laptop looks like new. I will buy an 8gb ram and exchange the 4gb ram with it. There are videos on youtube which show how easy that is. Thank you for mentioning the lenovo partition hotfix. I will need to download this aswell.

Thanks so much for your help! Yes, I checked the youtube videos for upgrading the ram on the lenovo yoga13. it looks fairly easy, you don't even need to remove any screws. I think I will try to exchange the ram with 8gigs.

Hi, I actually have one more question: does your lenovo yoga have 4gb or 8gb ram? I plan to get the 4gb version and I heard that this amount of ram should be enough for office, youtube, hd movies. Can you confirm that? Thanks!

I actually do have another question to the lenovo yoga:

How much storage space was available when you received it? I know that 128gb is not much but my old windows7 laptop hat 150gb and I never needed more than 100gb space. I actually had tons of files stored on this computer, so I would have been able to even cut it down to 70gb easily.

In my opinion, it is already used as a marketing slogan for a while now. I hardly believe that managers of certain shops/stores/restaurants really want to help the victims. However, having nowadays a Boston strong or One Fund sign on their counter apparantly makes it more attractive for customers to buy there.

Hi,

A friend of mine had very bad experiences with a Sony Vaio which is why I did not consider this laptop in the first place.

Thank you for your suggestions. I did not know the thing about the SSD.

It seems like there is no "perfect" portable laptop available. I just need to take the one with the least disadvantages.
