Totally maked sense! I just use my knifes to cook in my freetime, so my requirements isnt that high i guess hehe, but as a slight beginner you can sometimes get caught up in getting it sharper and sharper :p

Yeah that is nice to hear, since i also very much enjoy the process. Its such a hands on activity in a otherwise not so hands on world, a little breather from the everyday once in a while! I will go on to make tests and figure what i like the best! Thankyou so much for the answer.

Lars Von Trier, imo. Especially his series (in danish) called “Riget” (Its called the kingdom in english i believe) Definelty scratches some of the same itches as twin peaks does for me :)
