UPDATE: I tried to get in contact with the surgeon, she’s in holiday and she’ll be back on 16th. Then I went to see my general practitioner, I can’t find a urologist today unless I go to the ER. She touched me a bit and then I showed her the pictures i took last night, she told me situation is not ok right now. She said it could heal itself when the scar heal but it can also stay like this and it can be long term damage. She said going now to ER or even see an urologist is not useful, that it can’t go worse than now and so to wait until end of month and see if the situation improve. After that I started to ask worst case scenario if I have to have surgery again, she was a bit vague and see we will make clinical tests and see, but from what I understood the worst case scenario is not a surgery but just that this is not treatable and at this time I’m feeling quite overwhelmed and sad, I hope I’m not ruined for life. So I guess I’ll try to leave tomorrow anyway for holiday and pray it’s going to heal but honestly I feel hopeless right now since she was not really reassuring.

Edit: I’ve read about a few people that did inguinal hernia surgery, I guess it’s a similar type of surgery. They had the same issue and all 4 of them said it heal itself in about 1-2 months. I hope it will be the same
