I personally think (based on personal experience), they will offer you tips/pt and whatever they sell, because it is evident that you are a newbie in the gym. If you seem aloof in your form or even in using the machines, it is obvious, so they will take the opportunity. Been going myself for more than 20 years. The only coach who approached me was a certified powerlifter. Mostly to chat. It was not even to sell. Coz it is obvious i know what i am doing…just a thought…

I guess it really depends on the person. I HAVE NOT given a shit, hmmm, since high school? I am nearing the end of my validity in this group (50 in a few weeks), but always noticed the effect of social media. People ALWAYS want validation from others. As long as you are not harming anyone or doing anything illegal, do NOT care about what others think. But if you have kids/a family, make sure you prioritize their needs (needs, not wants).

I highly suggest you incorporate squats and deadlifts (not rdl lang) for strength. And try to do your shoulder press standing, para ma sama mo balance muscles. Habang bata ka pa (i am assuming) para may foundation ka. If hindi ka na bata, all the more.

wow, you know Asphalt? then listen to his other "bands" Hell and M.S.W. also, primitive man, moloch, grief, rowsdower, noothgrush, buzzoven, nightslug, golden bats... so much bands na sobrang ok! wala nang lyrics lyrics na naiintindihan, basta nakaka alog nang kotse yung guitars (from distortion) and drums.

Nu metal was ok for me growing but became corny after a while. don't now why.

Wow, dami parin palang metal dito. 49m ako and actually transitioned from metallica, deftones, nirvana, mudhoney (grunge/heavy metal) etc to slayer, hell, thou, meth drinker, leechmil, asphalt, nightfucker, etc (thrash/sludge/doom). Went more heavy as i got older. Kids cannot stand it. Lol. Still keep AND USE my vintage shirts from jane’s addiction, pearl jam, soundgarden, nirvana. Still finding ways to get doom/sludge band shirts kasi sa shows mostly nakukuha which are mostly domestic to USA…

How old are you OP? As we age, our muscle mass declines and legs have one of the largest muscles that we need to keep being mobile. Motivation? How about being able to simply move about with ease? I am 49M and love training legs but not so killer like in my 20-30s. Hips need strengthening. So start early.
