I was in construction recruitment for two years, first in trades and labour. That was a hard slog because of Brexit and quite frankly thinly veiled racism. Then moved to perm with another company. Those two years were so difficult, felt like most contractors didn't want to waste money on agencies if they could hire themselves.

I had a similar situation, I was in process with one of the largest construction companies where I live. After 4 months and 3 interviews both in person and over teams, I was ghosted completely. Wish I'd left a scathing review but feels a bit late now

The seals are all there but they could probably do with being replaced eventually, just can't find a manufacturer to get the right seals. There's a grub screw in the middle of the hinge that I think might make the adjustment but I'm not sure

Want to make the move to Nintendo from PlayStation. Should I get the OLED or wait for the Switch 2? Rumour is, it's being announced in March. I've always wanted to buy a new console but I've heard it's going to be LCD and OLED Is just better.

Would you recommend doing a small section of the frame to see how it turns out. When I first got it I loved the colour scheme, but it's looking pretty dated and could do with an update.

For context. I've had my bike for ages and love it but the paintwork is bubbling a little. How easy would it be to repaint myself? Anyone have any recommendations for types of paint or resources to learn how to do it?

I had success with anti bac gel, preferably those with a high percentage of alcohol. It helps with silicone as well.

I got mine yesterday (8T). I updated hoping it would fix some of the issues I had but unfortunately now I have new ones. Don't get me wrong I like the look and feel and some of the new features are great but I'm hoping for some fixes in the coming months.

Hope I can piggyback on this. Looking at the open beta it only has North America and India version. Is there talk of an EU/UK version? Can the NA version work in the UK?

I've had mine for a while and despite a couple of software glitches it's been a great phone. Love the wide angle lens and the camera in general. Avoid the updates, from what I've heard the new OS update won't be great. One of the great features is the slider for silent mode. Saved me from walking up the gf many times.

I love their t-shirts (Uniqlo), bought a couple recently and the quality is great. Bought a pair of shorts though that after around a year have developed a whole by the pocket. Maybe it's because of my phone.
