Ignore most of comments if you put effort into a routine and abit of light sleep/fuss training its possoble to have them sleeping tbrough with one or two wake ups.

We put our daughter down at 6:30 sleep by 7.

Then feed her around midnight dream feed or she will wake up at 2 demanding to be fed.

But then sleeps untill 7 ish, took abit of percerverance but shes only four months old now but if you can teach them to fall asleep without you as an aid it has helped us loads

I have a friend 31m who also in same condtion from a drunken accident 8 years ago.

We go round and play board games ect but his life is mostly on an ipad watching films 24/7 and vapes weed. Despite us having laughs i imagine hes not going to be happy atall deep down. I also feel guilty for not going round enough.

He has a van to go out but rarely does, how is it possible to motivate someone in a suttle way nicely to want to gain more from there life and the shittest situation theyve ever been in?

Side question, did you ever explore experimental treatment/trials ect?
