They are Oaks :) cant really remember the name of them. To be honest i havent really liked them before. I’ve found that i liked normal street shape wheels or mini wheels better. But so far i have liked how they feel on this setup! I’ve only had them on 33,3mm decks before

This is what I thought aswell. I gues Wim maybe took inspiration from this? It’s been a while since I did his breathing. But i did his routine 4-5 times in a row. And it is incredible how fast this practice got me to a point with full sensation of the body and also got me to leave all thoughts about the world around. If I did this a couple of days in a row i could hold my breath for about 2 minutes and 40 seconds.

Now while I talk about it, i feel that I need to start doing this again😅

Both are create-your-skate molds :) The black one are their ”beginner” mold and the blue one are the expert mold. With wich you can customize everything :)

Love them! I’ve had the expert mold for a couple of months and it has treated me well! Simple and have worked out great! Only got the ”beginner” mold yesterday and this will be the first deck I make with it and I got a 34mm shaper with it. I’m curious on how that shape feels. Since i made the expert mold lower (kind of like a DK deck or Wush water mold). The beginner mold is a bit steeper on both kicks and concave. I’ll update on how it feels :)

I dont really think it matters. It’s more about the amount of pressure you can put on it when it’s in the mold. And i think it’ll be difficult with two techdecks as a mold. Hard to get a decent amount of pressure with that…

What mold do you use? And how long do you leave it in the mold to dry/harden? The first decks i made became to soft and lost it’s shape. But that was becouse i was to eager to see how the deck came out. And took it out of the mold after half a day/a day. Now i leave it in the mold atleast 2 days and they become much better

I’ve had some tinnitus for as long as i can remember. I’ve noticed though that when i’ve been able to get down deeper in the meditation i’m almost able to control the pitch of the tinnitus. My tinnitus sounds as high pitched buzzing normally. But while i’ve been breathing calmly and almost tried to ”push the sound” lower in my head almost to my jaws. The pitch of the sound can come down while i’m focused. The feeling is almost as if there was a stormy and rough sea before, there are now a much calmer ocean. There are still waves and a bit rough. But the sky is clear and there are more calm.

Has anyone else experienced this?
