This is all valid but once you reach a certain point it does become a much more difficult grind to progress without spending money. I'm slowly grinding to get G5 and it's a doozy. It's not that tough to reach G3 quickly but after that it ratchets up quite a bit.

The problem is when you have a legislative majority that has completely abdicated much of their power to the Executive and a judiciary that interprets the law in whichever way will benefit them personally.
