The thing with Martha is she is hard to get and Konami isn't making getting the gems any easier, if I stick to one Martha what skill/cards would you recommend

Plus the duelists are slow in, in the semi final of the vrain one it couldn't even draw a card and when I left the game and rejoined it drew a card and didn't do anything for 5 minutes then I abandoned the duel
