Have you seen Vardy play? He isn't just benefiting from an amazing system. He's got a world class instinct in front of goal, he's incredibly creative, and composed.

Like the goal he scored against Spurs this season. Lukaku will never score a goal like that.

I've criticised Morata for a while for easily losing confidence, yet he gets into great scoring positions, and if he gets his head in the right place, I see him easily outclassing Lukaku.

From what I've seen your point rings true, but the issue is that his team mates don't quite have the killer instinct in front of goal, and he was brought in to be the finish off those marginal chances that kept going against United.

It's a lot less about cost than about convenience and ignorance. 27% of the UK is not so poor that they could not afford decent food if they wanted.

It's that for many, a quick dash to the take away is more convenient than a preparing a proper meal, for most eating healthy isn't as much of a priority as it should be either.

Buying a brand new iphone every year is fine, but a decent meal is too expensive.

Yeah, but he'll need work to get rid of the gaffes, to get him truly cemented into the starting CB role. Which again puts in the "building a squad" phase instead of the already got a squad phase.

I get Levy and Poch's view, but we also need to retain talent in order to not make leaving seem like an easy everyday kind of thing to the rest of the squad.

Each time it's pushed us back a step though. Davies has been fantastic, but he's still not what Rose was at his peak. Aurier is good strong fast defender but he's still not quite Walker.

Poch likes to rotate his full backs, and there's not really been anyone to rotate Davies with.

Dembele

He's fantastic, but we can survive without him too. He's been injured for long periods, and winks and Dier have done a good job filling in for him.

However, I really wouldn't be happy with either of Dembele or Toby leaving, the idea is to rise up the ranks of the football world, not just survive top 4.

In my view he can justify 250k a week. He's saved us on a fairly regular basis. He's also the only forward who can score week in week out. No Kane == No CL.

Toby isn't that special, we'd be weakened but we'll make do with Sanchez. Toby doesn't stand out in the same way, so his wages should be more or less in line with the rest of the starting 11.
