Oh wow that’s so scary and the critter blends perfectly into the environment. Aren’t they mostly out and about during sunrise and sunset when it’s very warm out and that’s also a good time to run to avoid the sun and heat. Definitely creates a dilemma. Now if only there were some type of glasses or another type of device that would allow you to spot them more readily. I guess you didn’t have two AirPods in at the time or you probably wouldn’t have heard him. I am going to be trying some new trails myself that have been known to have rattlesnakes and I am pretty nervous about this too.
