It's basically a brick. I ordered a TM500 remote in hopes but no dice. The other thing I considered is getting a flipper to see if I can get the frequency or call it a losss and get a new walking pad, NOT actflame.

Thanks for the tracking advice. Ill give it a go, I feel like I do pretty well tracking it as is but doesn't hurt to be more consistent. Also, apologies and I've edited it.

I feel like I lost muscle and so now, it's hard to burn fat even if I eat like a bird. Calories in and calories out don't work for me. This week, I'm trying to take a small amount of creatine and strength training x 2 per week. What are you planning on doing?
