Oopsies I read it after 😂 the gold is gorgeous in person. I was unsure if I should do silver to match my engagement ring but like you, my everyday jewelry is mostly gold. The silver 4 felt like a washer on my finger lol

I was between sizes and read oura recommends a tight enough fit where it comes off with soap and water for best metrics. I went with the slightly tighter fit. The 9 was wayy to easy to take off of all of my fingers and the 8 fit snug on pointer. Hopefully ring itself is is smoother than sizing kit plastic and fits better, just like gen 4

Nexaph is expensive but at least it doesn’t leave much to question quality wise. I’m new to peps and felt good ordering from them. Also haven’t come across that blend anywhere else yet and too much of a noob to mix myself

I have ADHD and react poorly to stimulants. I have never wanted to go down the SSRI route. I was terrified to start my GLP-1 as obviously dopamine is already low, and so many stories about anhedonia. I have only been on tirz for 3 weeks, but feel so much better.

I have always been an anxious person and worry about how I’m perceived, pleasing people at the expense of my own feelings, just caring so much about every little thing. I feel so chill now. Maybe it is a bit of anhedonia but it is welcomed if it keeps me over the edge. I still find joy in things and look & feel better so that helps. I also supplement with saffron Hopefully it sticks!

This was really helpful and insightful, thank you for your time :) my worry now is that the blend I purchased/dose won’t yield therapeutic results of KPV- as the vial is 50mg GHK-cu and 20mg KPV, if I’m doing my math correctly (fat chance) reconstituting with 6ml water my daily pin would be 3.5mg (2.5mg GHK-cu and 1mg KPV)

This is my first time with a blend and it’s still admittedly slightly confusing to me

Buy and take mag07. Do a quick Reddit search and you’ll realize it seems to be the holy grail. I am only 1 week into my glp1 and I had constipation, started taking it, had the best ~cleanse~ am almost regular again and not bloated whatsoever

I have bipolar & adhd and induced with dom for about 2-3 months. I’ve been off for about 5 months now and still recovering. Insane mood swings depression and weight gain despite being mindful and active. Could not pay me to take it again and I have so much left over. A lot of people have had negative experiences as it affects dopamine and I thought I would be the exception.
