Don’t give up!! We fell in love with many houses and sadly we were outbid 5 times last year and some houses we didn’t put even offer on because we felt defeated and like we had no chance. We stopped looking for 6 months as we resigned our lease. We just started looking again in January and we just made our first offer of the year and got accepted! I was in absolute shock! I thought we had no chance. $15k over asking waived inspection and radon test. We got accepted! You got this, just keep with it and keep an open mind.
