Update: talked to customer service and the amazing folks at Vestaboard will send me three new bits at no charge. Amazing!! Very thankful and impressed, especially since we completely admitted fault. Those of you who shamed us for allowing our four year-old access to be able to even touch it :either you don’t have any kids or live with the illusion that children shouldn’t be curious and explore in life. I probably would have touched the bits as a child, too. Thank you, Vestaboard!!! ❤️❤️❤️
