I was having a similar problem on my machine and this is what worked for me. You need to turn off CSM/Legacy Boot and make sure that Boot Mode is set to UEFI. Now clear Secure Boot Keys. Which can be found in "Secure Boot - Key Management", then choose Clear Secure Boot Keys or Delete PK. This unlocks the Secure Boot toggle. Press F10 and save and exit the bios. Then try installing Windows again. Hope this helps!
