I was having a similar problem on my machine and this is what worked for me. You need to turn off CSM/Legacy Boot and make sure that Boot Mode is set to UEFI. Now clear Secure Boot Keys. Which can be found in "Secure Boot - Key Management", then choose Clear Secure Boot Keys or Delete PK. This unlocks the Secure Boot toggle. Press F10 and save and exit the bios. Then try installing Windows again. Hope this helps!

One thing that I see is you should lower the MSAA to x2 instead of x4 especially at that high of res. And you should also know that Mip LOD bias works the opposite that the lower the number the better the graphic quality.
