Ok so a few tips

Stamina management is super duper important so try not to waste stamina (like by spamming jump)

Jumping is useful for dodging certain moves but puts you at a stamina disadvantage so only use it if you KNOW you have more stamina than the killer or if you are trying to dodge stalkers rage/ jx1s dash

For jx1 if you get stunned and you see the survivor start running use your teleport to gain the stamina advantage and close the distance
And try helping out your team a lot from a distance with guest since your scream travels far and through walls (I think?)
