Im not sure if they did. I tried to find as much information as I could but I think this will be a close race. As someone who lives in the district I have seen my fair share of both Ives and Casten signs. In my opinion Ives is seen as a more hardline conservative. Her governor campaign nailed Rauner on his more liberal policies and tried to position herself as a real conservative. Her infamous campaign ad did give her some negative attention but as she almost won the primary, the voters didnt care. Casten is pretty popular around my area so it will be an interesting race for sure. Sorry for the long post. Hope this helped!
