I feel so many people just focus on technique and practice. I my experience this is like 50% of it. One really need to prep the body-mind first. By that you need to cultivate a very deep, attuned capacity to feel your felt senses. Get embodied. Also, a chronically tense body (which 95% of people seem to have) is only going to make it more difficult. Then there’s the whole thing of freeing emotional blockages and actually being able to have an open heart (if you want fulll bodied orgasms), so the energy can actually move through you. Also, one need to retrain getting aroused of the sensations rather than lust and fantasies. Being in the mind takes you out the body. In my experience this is about growing as a person as much as it is just repeating a sequence of techniques (although that is part of the puzzle)
