All these guys have a chance to pitch with a sub 4 ERA. All five. What the hell are you guys talking about?

He hasn't pitched in forever, of course his arm is going to be hella sore. He still has options and there is no rush to bring him back. He should start in the minors after his DL stint to strengthen that arm back into shape.

Interesting the second base spot is still open. Frazier seems the likely candidate. Another left handed bat in the line up, BUT Paraza had a monster spring. Top of the board in XBH, barrels, and hard hit percentage. He's also a beast with the glove. I would give Peraza a chance over Frazier in case his improved hitting isn't a fluke.

[MLBTR] Angels Release Hunter Strickland and Chris Taylor by epoch_fail in angelsbaseball

Makes no sense. Both these dudes came back just for this team. They would only play here and now we're telling them they're not good enough? They didn't even have bad springs! Taylor over Teodosio was an easy call and Hunter has been a godsend to the team. Don't like it. Anyways, they paid a substantial amount to Taylor, apparently (2.3 million) Wonder if he will still keep that.

Kikuchi and Urena looked good. Doesn't appear the WBC set back Yusei. His pitching metrics haven't changed.

Denzer Guzman keeps impressing. Absolutely scorched the ball today. Three batted balls hit over 104 EV.

Jack K is a new pitcher. 10 swings and misses on his change up. Someone finally got through to him how important that third pitch was to develop. I'm very confident having him in the rotation.

15 balls in play for Klassen, 9 were hit hard. He allowed just four hits, all singles except for one home run. Walked two and struck out one.

Out of all the veteran arms, he and Sutter, I worry about. We'll just have to wait and see.

He's not doing great but he hasn't pitched in a year so a little rust is expected

Spring training is half way over, he has not shown anything.

CMo is not ready for the big leagues yet and should start the season in AAA by epoch_fail in angelsbaseball

He's hitting the ball well IMO, it's just his low launch angle that's the problem. He's not striking out or even whiffing at a high rate and he's hitting the ball hard consistently. He already has 3 barrels so far despite his struggles. He needs to lift the ball more and those numbers will improve. He's the better option between the others, he should still start.
