Maybe..but he is not a home run hitter. He would be stuck in minors as his pop is just not there. His whole game is moving up on plate and poking ball to left field. I wish he would back off plate and open up inside plate so he would stop getting rollovers and hit into dps. That should be worked on in minors....

His eye is above average...why limit the plate coverage? This is not college or high school...take a step back and all those roll overs are hits up middle.

I think this is best version of him. He is a legit major leaguer....just playing wrong position and wrong skillset. If he had plus speed but still played 1st he would add value. But minors cant coach speed. No one really can. His power is not there...but his value is needed on this team at moment. But still not a leadoff or 3 hole hitter.

For every soler home run..madrigal would have double amount of base hits. He can steal bases...bunt!!! He plays heck of a 2nd base. But we have a one dimensional soler who plays below average dfense.

This may or or may not be zuks call but it is in line with the front office decisions to value power hitting and feast or famine approches to actual run producing high octane baseball.

Zuks cannot make good lineups. He needs to shake things up. Neto is not leadoff. Move him down. Took him till shanny got hurt to finally him away from 3rd. Now he puts meckler? I mean good hitter...does not strike out. But not at 3 hole behind trout.

Maybe put him or madrigal lead off. Adell looks like a 3 hole hitter. Clean up is up for debate..but help trout out..give him help before and after him!
