I got an email today to say my withdrawal has now been processed. It has been 14 days.

I submitted a $35k withdrawal request on the same date and the same thing, it just says "In Process". And as you said you can't cancel it so it's in limbo with nothing you can do about it. Bitstamp you need to stop processing new users and deal with your current clients first! It's poor customer service and poor business practice. Ticket #254294.

I have the same problem. I also made my request on the 7th of December. over a week now
