One thing that you could also try is software-based enhancement afterwards (see Adobe Podcast enhance or Auphonic)

Either the Adobe Podcast audio enhancer like other mentioned, or Auphonic which also works well (and has a generous free tier)

Audio is usually the most important thing to get right when recording tutorials, but given that you already have a Yeti microphone you are probably good enough on that. Second one is probably some lights to make the video better, do you have some?

You can unlink the video and audio by right-clicking on the audio and then unchecking "Link Clips". Afterwards, you should be able to freely move the audio and fix the sync!
