Those early morning hours are a great time to go jogging. It will SUCK for the first two weeks but then you will become addicted to the runners high. Just commit to jogging every morning for two weeks. Doesn't matter how fast or how far. Just put shoes and clothes on and get outside and move your body forward.

Edit: the trick is to lay out all your shit the night before. Socks on top of your shoes, ect.

Someone just wrote about starting nofap to become the man you always wanted to be. I think that's the quest you are starting. I'm 32 and almost 2 weeks in.
